Alvarez & Marsal in Paris is expanding its Corporate Transformation Services practice and is seeking experienced Corporate Transformation professionals at Senior Associate level to join the CTS team. You will partner with Managing Directors and client leadership to diagnose performance gaps and design executable transformation plans.

The role covers financial and operational modelling, delivering EBITDA improvement, working capital optimization, and cross-functional execution across

Qualifications

• Proven consulting background; corporate experience welcomed.
• Strong financial and business acumen with financial statements.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills; some Excel modelling.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to prioritize in complex situations.
• Willingness to travel to client sites across UK & Europe.
• Fluency in English and French at business level.

Responsabilités

• Be an active part of teams supporting Managing Directors and contributing to BD activities.
• Review performance to diagnose root causes and propose action plans.
• Assist in producing financial and operational models and projections.
• Identify improvement levers and communicate case for change to leadership.
• Lead execution of transformation plans to realize EBITDA and working capital benefits.
• Drive short-term gains to enable longer transformation targets.
• Collaborate with CTS clients on operations, manufacturing, supply chain, and procurement.
