• Proven ability to manage complex stakeholder environments, including management teams and boards.
• Deep operational, analytical, and problem-solving skillset with a focus on performance improvement.
• Demonstrated leadership experience and ability to manage and develop teams.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with strong commercial awareness.
• Fluency in French and English (written and spoken).
