You will develop dynamic financial models, forecast cash flows, and lead workstreams within client engagements, while developing relationships with

Qualifications

• Experience in a Restructuring team at a leading consultancy firm or Big Four.
• Ability to lead work streams in restructuring projects within client engagements.
• Strong financial analysis skills and advanced experience in financial modelling (e.g., 13-week cash-flow forecasts, 3-statement financial models).
• Native or fluent French & English is essential; additional European languages are advantageous.

Responsabilités

• Advise and implement alongside clients’ executives, investors, and stakeholders in distressed situations.
• Work with the team to offer critical support to companies under-performing or experiencing liquidity crises.
• Assist company management and help stabilize financial and operational performance.
• Develop skills to understand a client’s rapidly changing situation and enable creative solutions.
• Conduct diagnostic assessments of key issues, business outlooks, and liquidity forecasting.
• Develop and implement restructuring plans, financial models, and cash-flow forecasting tools.
• Evaluate business plans and financial projections, identifying risks and opportunities.
• Build trusted relationships with stakeholders in France and Europe.
