Job summary

Alpha Financial Markets Consulting, a leading global consultancy to the financial services industry, is seeking experienced consultants in France to lead and manage engagements for Asset Management clients. You will work on MO tools, operating models, and transformation programs while developing strong client relationships and delivering high-quality work.

Role requires 5+ years in consulting within financial institutions, fluency in French and English, and eligibility to work in France.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years proven consulting or project experience.
• Experience with Target Operating Model, business processes and IT solutions (Distribution, CRM, Portfolio management & Risk management, Middle & Back Office).
• Fluency in English and French (C1+ level).
• Eligible to work in France.

Responsibilities

• Carry out consulting engagements or manage projects for asset management clients.
• Develop and maintain long-term client relationships and networks.
• Contribute to knowledge development in Operations or Investments and other practice areas.
• Support business development initiatives and cross-sell opportunities.
