Alpha Financial Markets Consulting, a leading global consultancy to the financial services industry, is seeking experienced consultants in France to lead and manage engagements for Asset Management clients. You will work on MO tools, operating models, and transformation programs while developing strong client relationships and delivering high-quality work.

Role requires 5+ years in consulting within financial institutions, fluency in French and English, and eligibility to work in France.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years proven consulting or project experience.
• Experience with Target Operating Model, business processes and IT solutions (Distribution, CRM, Portfolio management & Risk management, Middle & Back Office).
• Fluency in English and French (C1+ level).
• Eligible to work in France.

Responsabilités

Role Responsibilities:

Based in France, you will carry out consulting engagements or manage projects for prestigious clients, leaders in Asset Management (Asset Managers, Private Banks, Investor Services Providers) in areas including

• M&A Integration

Role Requirements (Skills, Experience and Qualifications)

• A minimum of 5+ years proven experience in consulting or projects, gained within a leading financial institution or consulting firm
• Experience of projects engaged on Target Operating Model, business processes
• and/or IT solutions in some of the following areas: Distribution, CRM, Portfolio management & Risk management, Middle & Back Office processes and outsourcing
• An understanding of market trends, drivers and outlook of the Asset and Wealth Management market
• First-class communication, presentation and problem-solving skills with an excellent command of Microsoft Office
• Proven track record in client relationship development. This should include examples of client account support/management and preferably geared towards supporting business development/sales initiatives
• Stakeholder management and influencing skills – with both clients, colleagues and junior team members
• Focus on team achievement, not just individual goals
• Strong academic background from a top-ranking business school or engineering school
• Fluency in French and English is required (at C1+ level)
• Eligible to work in France
