Job summary
Based in France, Alpha Financial Markets Consulting seeks a senior consultant with 7+ years of experience in financial services consulting or projects for leading institutions. You will deliver TO BM, operating model reviews, and digital transformation initiatives for asset management clients.
You will build client relationships, manage stakeholder expectations, and lead teams across engagements, with French and English fluency.
Qualifications
- 7+ years proven consulting experience in financial services or projects for leading institutions.
- Experience with Target Operating Model, business processes, and IT solutions in areas such as distribution, CRM, portfolio management & risk.
- Strong communication, presentation and problem-solving skills; client relationship development.
- Stakeholder management with clients, colleagues and junior team members.
Responsibilities
- Lead consulting engagements or manage projects for asset management clients.
- Contribute to M&A integration, operating model reviews, and organizational evolution.
- Deliver digital transformation, operational benchmarking and change management initiatives.
- Develop and maintain long-term client relationships and networks.
