Role Requirements (Skills, Experience and Qualifications)

• 7+ years of proven experience in consulting or project delivery, gained within a leading financial institution or consulting firm
• Experience with Target Operating Model, business processes and/or IT solutions in areas such as Distribution, CRM, Portfolio Management & Risk Management, Middle & Back Office processes and outsourcing
• Understanding of market trends, drivers and Outlook in the Asset and Wealth Management market
• First‑class communication, presentation and problem‑solving skills with an excellent command of Microsoft Office
• Proven track record in client relationship development, including client account support/management and support of business‑development/sales initiatives
• Stakeholder management and influencing skills with clients, colleagues and junior team members
• Team‑achievement focus, not solely individual goals
• Strong academic background from a top‑ranking business school or engineering school
• Fluency in French and English (at C1+ level)
• Eligible to work in France
