Job summary

Alpha FMC, based in Paris, is seeking a Consultant to lead insurance-focused consulting missions and manage projects for premier clients across Europe. You will drive transformations in operating models, digital initiatives, and regulatory compliance, while developing your career through targeted training and exposure to international teams.

The role requires experience in consulting or financial services within insurance, strong analytical skills, excellent English and French, and a proactive,

Qualifications

• Experience (e.g.: internship) in a consulting or audit/financial services firm, within an Insurtech or with a major Insurance player.
• Recognized expertise in Finance, IT strategy, ESG - Sustainable Finance, Actuarial science, Data management, or Innovation.
• Passion for the Insurance sector and ability to work in a team.
• Proactive with strong analytical and prioritization skills.
• Fluent English and French (C1+), both spoken and written.
• Excellent command of the Office suite.
• Right to work in France and based in Paris.

Responsibilities

• Lead consulting missions for insurance clients and manage projects.
• Contribute to transformation initiatives in finance, IT, ESG, data, and strategy.
• Support business development, recruitment, and team development.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and demonstrate entrepreneurial spirit.
