Job summary

Doctolib in Berlin is seeking a Senior AI Specialist (x/f/m) to own end-to-end AI workflow design, from contexts to evaluation, in a hybrid setting. You will build and operate AI agents across platforms like Dust or Claude, manage data sources, and collaborate with Leadership, IT, and Product to improve healthcare workflows.

The role emphasizes production-ready workflows, evaluation, and data integration with Salesforce, Tableau/Metabase, and other BI tools.

Qualifications

• Fluency in English; German at B1 level is considered sufficient.

Responsibilities

• Redesign workflows using AI agents to maximize autonomy and quality.
• Build and operate AI agents as products with production deployment and metrics.
• Manage knowledge sources and ensure data sources remain up to date (Confluence, Drive, Salesforce).
• Define QA standards and evaluation routines to address hallucinations and prompt drift.
• Own interfaces between CRM systems (Salesforce) and AI platforms, enabling data flows.
• Translate business needs into technical solutions and align with Leadership, IT, and Product.
• Use metrics like time, quality, and cost to measure AI impact and guide scaling.
