Job summary

Doctolib is seeking a Senior Machine Learning Engineer to join the AI Health Assistant team. You will lead evaluation strategies for agentic AI systems, build automated pipelines, and drive experiments to ensure safe, reliable, and effective healthcare AI for millions of users.

The role requires bridging research and production, collaborating with researchers and engineers, and contributing to Doctolib's AI vision. The position is hybrid in Levallois-Perret with international mobility options.

Qualifications

• MSc or PhD in Computer Science, ML, Data Science, or related field.
• 7+ years hands-on experience with large language models.
• Experience evaluating agentic or reasoning systems.
• Strong ability to design experiments and automate evaluation.
• Fluent in English and able to communicate across teams.

Responsibilities

• Define and own the evaluation strategy for the AI agentic system.
• Implement and maintain automated evaluation pipelines for model quality and safety.
• Run systematic experiments to assess reasoning and user experience.
• Collaborate with model developers and research scientists.
• Contribute to R&D on LLM evaluation methodologies.
