Job summary

Doctolib is seeking a Senior AI Engineer to join the Customer Care Contact team in the Business Performance domain. You will develop AI-powered tools for healthcare professionals, focusing on Doctolib Assistant to assist doctors and staff with complex questions and administrative tasks.

You will contribute to production-grade agentic systems, observability, and security, while collaborating across our tech stack and AI research initiatives. This is a full-time role based in Nantes, France.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience as a software engineer with hands-on AI/ML systems experience.
• 2+ years of experience working with Python.
• Experience through full AI product lifecycle from evaluation to production iterations.
• Familiarity with CI/CD, automated testing, and DevOps practices.

Responsibilities

• Design, ship, and operate production-grade agentic systems powering Doctolib Assistant.
• Build and improve AI agents and orchestration systems.
• Collaborate with data scientists to design evaluation pipelines, guardrails, and metrics; own operational AI projects.
