The Organisation for Economic Co-operation and Development (OECD) seeks an experienced AI Engineer to architect and implement an internal AI engineering framework, identify high-value AI use cases, and build production-ready AI solutions. You will collaborate with OECD directorates to ensure secure, scalable deployments and responsible AI practices.

Ideal candidates have an advanced degree in AI or related fields and a track record of delivering AI-enabled enterprise systems in complex

Qualifications

Advanced university degree in Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, Computer Science, Economics or related field.
Significant experience designing, developing and implementing AI-enabled applications, services or enterprise solutions.
Ability to work autonomously on complex technical topics.
Pragmatic, solution-oriented and delivery-focused approach.
Experience in international or multilateral environments is highly desirable.

Responsabilités

Design and develop a reusable engineering framework for AI and agent-based solutions across the Organisation.
Identify, scope and structure high-value AI use cases with internal teams.
Lead design, development, testing and evaluation of AI applications, services and workflows.
Provide technical advice to business and technology teams on AI tools, models and engineering approaches.
Transform proofs of concept into production-ready tools and ensure security, performance and scalability.
