Air Liquide, Digital & IT in Paris, seeks a Staff Engineer to architect the future of AI by crafting scalable solutions and strategic technical roadmaps across data, cloud, and knowledge management. You will mentor engineers, lead cross-functional teams, participate in governance, and help accelerate AI adoption within value streams like Customer Care and Operations.

This role requires 8+ years in system design and architecture and a track record of delivering production-grade AI architectures

Qualifications

• Minimum 8 years in System and Solution Design and Architecture.
• Expertise in Data & Knowledge Management frameworks (Structured, Unstructured, Semantic, Knowledge Graphs).
• Advanced proficiency in architectural governance and ADR practices.

Responsabilités

• Lead cross-functional teams to design high-impact AI architectures.
• Define long-term technical strategies and governance frameworks for AI delivery.
• Mentor engineers and promote knowledge sharing across teams and communities.
