OECD in Paris is seeking an AI Engineer to design, build and operationalise enterprise AI capabilities within the CAIO division of EXD/DKI. You will craft an internal AI engineering framework and drive AI solutions from concept to production.

Collaborating with international teams, you will translate business needs into robust technical designs, ensure secure, scalable deployments, and contribute to the Organisation's responsible AI initiatives.

Qualifications

• Significant experience designing, developing and implementing AI-enabled applications.
• The ability to take AI solutions from concept and prototyping to deployment.
• Delivery-focused with strong problem-solving skills in a fast-evolving field.
• Experience in international or multilateral environments is highly desirable.

Responsabilités

• Design and implement an internal AI engineering framework for AI applications.
• Identify and scope high-value AI use cases with business units.
• Lead and contribute to the design, development and testing of AI solutions.
• Industrialise PoCs into production-ready tools and ensure scalable deployments.
• Collaborate and improve AI practices across EXD/DKI/CAIO and other units.
