Job summary

Filigran is seeking a Senior Software Engineer who drives AI-native engineering practices in a remote-first, global team. You will define strategy, run experiments, and establish standards for AI-generated code while collaborating with product engineers to embed AI into daily workflows.

You will lead with hands-on execution, share learnings through talks and demos, and push for measurable improvements in velocity and quality across OpenCTI, OpenAEV, and OpenGRC product teams.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of software engineering experience.
• AI-first mindset and track record transforming how software is built.
• Experience deploying AI-assisted development within an engineering team.
• Familiarity with current AI coding tooling (LLM-powered code review, prompt engineering, MCP ecosystems).

Responsibilities

• Define and own Filigran's AI-Native engineering strategy and evolving practices.
• Run experiments to evaluate AI coding tools and measure impact on velocity and quality.
• Build guardrails and standards for maintainable, tested AI-generated code.
• Collaborate with ~80 engineers to embed AI practices in daily workflows.
