Job summary

Filigran is a fast-growing global cybersecurity company seeking a Senior Platform Engineer to run, secure and scale the XTM Platform. You’ll manage a bare-metal Kubernetes cloud across regions and providers, and advance deployments with Helm charts, Ansible tooling, and CI/CD pipelines.

You will work in a remote-first, AI‑enabled environment with a strong emphasis on reliability, security, and scalable architecture across cloud and on‑prem environments.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience as a Platform Engineer, SRE, DevOps or Cloud Engineer.
• Hands‑on experience running Kubernetes in production: operating and troubleshooting clusters.
• Strong Ansible skills and experience writing and maintaining Helm charts.
• Solid Linux and networking fundamentals.
• Comfortable with at least one major cloud provider (AWS, Azure, GCP).
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and an observability stack (Prometheus, Grafana).
• Security mindset: focus on secrets, access, network exposure and blast radius.
• AI-oriented mindset: use AI tools/agents, review outputs critically.
• Willingness to code: read/write scripts and tooling (Python).
• Comfortable in a remote-first, asynchronous team with ownership and autonomy.
• Full professional proficiency in English.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and operate production Kubernetes clusters on bare-metal and public clouds.
• Roll out Filigran products in new regions and on new providers as the SaaS footprint expands.
• Develop and maintain deployment tooling: Helm charts, Ansible, CI/CD pipelines, and a virtual appliance for on-premises.
