Job summary

Mirakl is seeking a Senior AI Engineer to design, build, and scale production-grade AI systems for intelligent commerce. You will work at the intersection of software engineering, machine learning, and Generative AI to empower Mirakl customers and internal teams.

This freelance role is based in Paris or Bordeaux with 1 day remote per week. You will join a team delivering AI-native products, agentic systems, and platform capabilities, partnering with product, data, and engineering to maximize

Qualifications

• 5+ years of software/ML engineering experience.
• Strong Python and software engineering fundamentals.
• Hands-on production AI systems with LLMs and AI agents.
• Experience deploying AI systems in cloud environments.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and deploy production-grade AI systems for Mirakl internal operations.
• Integrate AI systems with internal platforms and data sources across the company.
• Iterate with users and teams to measure impact and improve performance.
• Ensure security, reliability, and observability of AI stacks.
• Drive adoption and enablement of AI workflows across the organization.
