Parloa is seeking a Sr Agent Architect to design end-to-end architectures that connect Parloa's platform with enterprise systems, solving multi-system integration challenges, and shaping the conversational experience. You will translate customer requirements into agent behavior, apply LLM prompts, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver reliable AI solutions at scale.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in enterprise solution or systems architecture.
• Experience with complex SaaS implementations at scale.
• Fluency in French and English required.

Responsabilités

• Design end-to-end architectures for AI Agent deployments and enterprise integrations.
• Build and configure integrations using APIs and platforms.
• Collaborate with engineers on complex integration scenarios.
• Apply testing approaches to validate architecture and AI performance.
• Provide architectural guidance to customers and internal teams.
• Translate customer requirements into structured conversational components.
• Fine-tune conversational flows and SSML for brand alignment.
• Document best practices and product capabilities for audiences.
