Job summary
Doctolib is seeking a Senior Agents Platform Engineer to join the ML Platform (TIGER) team in AI & Machine Learning. You will build a production-grade agent platform powering Doctolib's AI features across Europe, focusing on a shared runtime, unified gateway, and compliance-grade observability.
Responsibilities include owning the agent manifest, GenAI gateway, long-running agent interactions, and end-to-end reliability.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of software engineering experience with hands-on production work
- Experience with LLM-based agent systems and agent design patterns (planning, tool calling, memory management)
- Experience with agent interoperability and tool protocols (MCP, A2A, AG-UI)
- Experience managing cost and capacity for LLM usage (routing, caching, capacity planning)
- Proven production reliability ownership (SLOs, incident response, on-call) and security-minded design
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills; fluent in English
Responsibilities
- Own the agent manifest and registry and design declarative specifications
- Own the GenAI gateway end-to-end, including routing, failover, and guardrails
- Operate infrastructure for long-running, streaming agent interactions
- Implement feature-flagged, progressive rollout for prompts and configs
- Ensure reliability end-to-end with runbooks and incident response
- Build observability and evaluation layers with traces and logs
- Validate platform by shipping reference agents before product teams adopt it
