Job summary

Doctolib in Paris is seeking a Senior Agents Platform Engineer to join the ML Platform (TIGER) team. You will build the shared agent runtime, a unified GenAI gateway, and the observability and evaluation infrastructure to deliver production-grade, secure and compliant AI agents for Doctolib’s features across Europe.

You have 5+ years of software engineering experience with LLM-based agent systems, and you will own reliability, SLOs, incident response, and guardrails to keep patient data safe

Qualifications

• 5+ years of software engineering with LLM-based agent systems.
• Experience designing agent runtimes and security controls.
• Familiarity with AI governance and health data compliance.
• Experience in regulated environments is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own the agent manifest and registry design (skills, tools, memory, guardrails).
• End-to-end GenAI gateway management, routing, failover, and guardrails.
• Operate long-running, streaming agent interactions in a sandboxed env.
• Implement feature-flagged prompts and emergency kill-switches.
• Define SLOs and incident response; manage on-call and runbooks.
• Build observability and evaluation layer with traces, logs and evals.
