Salesforce is seeking Forward Deployed Engineers to design, build, and deploy agentic AI solutions inside enterprise environments. You will collaborate with a Deployment Strategist and Senior engineers to deliver real code with measurable business impact.

Requirements include 3+ years in software engineering or technical delivery, a CS degree, and experience with Python/JS/Java/Apex, plus hands-on LLMs and prompt engineering, data modeling, APIs, and integration patterns.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of software engineering or technical delivery experience.
• Degree in Computer Science or a related field.
• Prior customer-facing technical delivery experience (consulting, professional services, or forward deployed engineering).
• Fluent in Python, JavaScript/TypeScript, Java, or Apex.
• Hands-on with LLMs and prompt engineering.
• Understanding of data modeling, APIs, and integration patterns.

Responsabilités

• Design, build, and deploy agentic AI solutions inside customer environments.
• Collaborate with Deployment Strategist to shape AI strategy and drive adoption.
• Own technical components end-to-end from architecture to production deployment.
• Build and integrate data pipelines on Salesforce Data 360, Snowflake, Databricks, and customer data platforms.
• Develop agent performance dashboards and KPI reporting to track deployment health and outcomes.
