Job summary

Keoni in Europe seeks an experienced Scrum Master to organize and lead agile ceremonies, support Product Owners, and foster collaboration between technical and business teams across projects.

You have 5+ years in a technical agile environment, strong leadership and coaching skills, and a customer‑oriented mindset. You will drive continuous improvement, manage impediments, and contribute to SAFe scaling initiatives in the Paris area.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience as a Scrum Master in a technical agile environment.
• Leadership, coaching skills, excellent interpersonal skills.
• Customer service oriented, ability to unite and support teams.

Responsibilities

• Organize and lead agile ceremonies for the various product teams (Sprint planning, Sprint review, retrospectives).
• Participate in backlog refinement.
• Support Product Owners and development teams in achieving sprint goals.
• Operational management and tracking progress indicators.
• Serve as the primary point of contact between DEV teams and stakeholders: BA, OPS, PO, PM.
• Identify obstacles, implement corrective actions, and ensure reporting.
• Contribute to agile change management and scaling (SAFe) deployment.
• Foster collaboration between technical and business teams.
