Kéoni Consulting in France is seeking a Scrum Master to support three product teams within the SAFe framework. You will guide teams toward higher agile maturity, autonomy, and predictable delivery.

Responsibilities include facilitating ceremonies, coaching teams, enabling flow, removing impediments, and partnering with Product Owners and architects to improve collaboration and value delivery. You will assess team maturity and propose short- and mid-term improvements.

Qualifications

• Experience with Scrum, Kanban and Lean-Agile principles.
• Strong ability to coach and mentor agile teams and stakeholders.

Responsabilités

• Facilitate and lead agile ceremonies (Sprint Planning, Daily Scrum, Sprint Review, Retrospective, Backlog Refinement).
• Support teams in adopting and improving agile and Lean-Agile practices.
• Foster autonomy, accountability, initiative, and collaborative team dynamics.
• Identify impediments and risks and propose improvement actions.
• Support interactions with Product Owners, contributing teams, managers, and architects.
• Contribute to resolving obstacles affecting delivery capacity.
• Lead continuous improvement using relevant metrics and indicators.
• Participate in SAFe train events (PI Planning, ART Sync, Inspect & Adapt).
• Advise managers and stakeholders on Agile and SAFe practices.
