Job summary

Keoni is seeking an experienced Agile Coach to help IT project teams mature and adopt Agile practices across their environment in Paris. You will support teams and stakeholders to improve collaboration, autonomy, and performance.

You will run maturity assessments, facilitate retrospectives, coach POs and PMs, and define success indicators. The role requires strong facilitation, conflict resolution, and coaching skills, with familiarity with Scrum, Kanban, and Lean.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in computer science or related field
• 5+ years of Agile coaching experience in IT teams
• Certified Agile coach (PSM/CSM/ICP-ACC) or Kanban certification is a plus
• Strong communication, diplomacy, and conflict-resolution skills

Responsibilities

• Conduct baseline Agile maturity assessment and diagnostics
• Define and monitor coaching objectives and success indicators
• Provide individual coaching to PMs, POs, Agile Masters, sponsors, and managers
• Facilitate retrospectives, problem-solving workshops, team-building activities
• Implement improvement plans and measure empowerment
• Raise awareness of Agile values and practices across teams
