Jobtailor is seeking an experienced Scrum Master to drive delivery across defined scopes within a French setting. The role emphasizes governance, planning, and metrics to optimize performance across multiple teams in the Île-de-France region.

The candidate will lead structured execution, monitor capacity and budget trajectories, and implement process improvements to reduce waste and increase predictability. Strong communication and facilitation are essential.

Qualifications

• Experienced Scrum Master with more than 3 years of experience
• Able to work independently across a defined scope (single team or multiple teams), including governance, delivery management, and deployment
• English: minimum B2 level (written and spoken)
• Strong planning, tracking, decision-making, risk management, and dependency management skills
• Process improvement skills: field observation, root-cause analysis, problem-solving, standardization, waste reduction, and flow improvement
• Ability to define relevant objectives and metrics (OKRs, KPIs), ensure data reliability, and explain results
• Budget tracking, forecasting, variance alerts, and trajectory decision-making skills
• Understanding of predictive models, Agile, Scaled Agile, product operating models, and design thinking
• Strong structuring, synthesis, communication, and facilitation skills

Responsabilités

• Track actions and commitments, prepare decisions, and ensure clear, structured communication
• Conduct performance diagnostics and analyze workflows and root causes
• Reduce waste, improve processes, stabilize quality, and increase predictability
• Sustainably measure the impact of improvements
