Move2cloud is looking for experienced Scrum Masters and Agile Coaches in Toulouse to guide teams in adopting and scaling agile practices. The ideal candidates will have proven experience across multiple teams, a deep knowledge of frameworks such as Scrum, Kanban, and SAFe, and the ability to facilitate ceremonies effectively.

Additional skills include coaching, conflict resolution, and the ability to identify and remove team impediments. Relevant certifications like CSM, PSM I/II, or SAFe are preferred.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as Scrum Master on multiple teams simultaneously.
• Deep knowledge of Scrum, Kanban, SAFe, and other agile frameworks.
• Strong coaching and conflict resolution skills.

Responsabilités

• Guide clients' teams in adopting and scaling agile practices.
• Facilitate ceremonies: sprint planning, retrospectives, daily standups, reviews.
• Identify and remove impediments, protect the team from external disruptions.
