Jobtailor is seeking a seasoned Product Owner to drive backlog management and value-driven prioritization in a high-stakes Agile setting.

You will own Epics, Features, and User Stories, facilitate PI Planning, and govern scope within budget constraints while coordinating with cross-functional teams across Development, QA, UX/UI, Architecture, and PMO to deliver high-quality business value.

• 7+ years in Product Owner or similar role within high-stakes Agile environments.
• Product Ownership and backlog management.

Responsabilités

• Gather, challenge, and structure complex business requirements
• Analyze business value and perform the functional breakdown of features
• Write and maintain Initiatives, Epics, and User Stories
• Lead functional estimates and effort assessments
• Prepare and facilitate PI Planning sessions and product governance meetings
• Ensure the quality of functional specifications and acceptance criteria
• Manage, prioritize, and maintain a product backlog aligned with strategic objectives
• Monitor alignment between functional progress and the allocated budget
• Arbitrate the functional scope while ensuring compliance with budget constraints
• Participate in cross-team and cross-Product Owner synchronization meetings to manage dependencies
• Work closely with Development, QA, UX/UI, Architecture, Project Management, and Program Management teams
• Ensure the business value delivered and the quality of delivery
