Mc2i is seeking a Scrum Master in France to facilitate Agile rituals and support the Product Owner. The ideal candidate has at least 3 years of experience in this role, strong knowledge of IT products such as Intune and Azure, and mastery of Agile methodologies like Scrum and Kanban. Certifications like PSM, CSM, or SAFe are desired. Candidates should be fluent in French and English, exhibiting adaptability and leadership across diverse teams.

Qualifications

Facilitation and Performance

• Facilitate Agile rituals.
• Protect the team from external disruptions to ensure total focus on Sprint goals.
• Support the Product Owner in backlog prioritization by integrating specific business challenges.

Transformation and Acculturation

• Promote Agile culture and mindset among all stakeholders.
• Implement relevant tracking indicators (Velocity, Capacity, Time-to-Market) and ensure reporting to steering committees.

Education: Graduate of a leading engineering or business school, or holding a Master 2 degree specialized in IT Systems or cloud/infrastructure environments.

Experience: At least 3 years of experience as a Scrum Master. Prior knowledge of IT products (e.g., Intune, Active Directory, Azure, networking, Microsoft 365 environment, virtualization) is a major asset.

Agile Skills: Mastery of Scrum and Kanban. A certification (PSM, CSM, or SAFe) is highly desirable.

Languages: Fluent in French and English.
