Tech Soft 3D seeks an experienced leader to captain the global Engineering organization, spanning the US and Europe. You will partner with Product Management and leadership to shape vision, define roadmaps, and set priorities for execution on complex 3D technologies.

You will lead the Engineering Leadership Team, drive architecture and quality, champion AI-assisted workflows, and guide growth, budgets, and international talent strategy. Significant travel is expected.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of professional software experience with leadership of engineering teams.
• Executive-level leadership with technical credibility.
• Experience defining technical strategy and translating into roadmaps, priorities, and execution.
• Experience bringing AI/ML into engineering practices and/or software products.
• Excellent communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with sound business and financial judgment.

Responsabilités

• Lead Tech Soft 3D’s global Engineering organization across the US and Europe.
• Represent Engineering in executive and Board-level discussions.
• Partner with Product Management to define technology vision and roadmap.
• Lead the Engineering Leadership Team in setting priorities and goals.
• Guide technical direction, architecture, and core 3D technology.
