Konvu in Paris is seeking a Head of Engineering to build and lead our growing engineering team. You will set technical direction, deliver on a roadmap, and empower engineers to ship high-quality AI-powered security tools.

You will hire, mentor, and scale the team, establish standards for reliability and observability, and collaborate with product and customers to turn insights into impact.

• Proven experience leading engineering teams and shipping at scale.
• Ability to define and drive technical strategy and roadmaps.
• Strong emphasis on reliability, observability, and security.

Responsabilités

• Lead the engineering team and hire, coach, and grow engineers.
• Own delivery by turning product strategy into a concrete roadmap.
• Set architectural direction for scalable AI-powered security tools.
• Build AI-forward practices to accelerate engineering velocity while maintaining quality.
• Scale the team with processes, on-call rotation, and clear org design.
