Job summary

DATA4 is seeking a Transformation Lead to drive the DATA4 Scale program, guiding the company from mid-sized to large-scale, international operations. You will architect the transformation roadmap, align processes, governance, and culture, and mobilize leadership across Strategy Team to deliver sustained growth.

Based in the Paris area, you will oversee multiple workstreams, manage risks, and ensure adoption of standardized ways of working. Occasional Europe travel is required.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in engineering, management, or related field.
• 10–15 years of transformation or related experience.
• Experience with senior leaders and cross-functional teams.
• Knowledge of industrial or construction environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead the DATA4 Scale transformation program end-to-end and drive adoption.
• Define the transformation roadmap and manage a portfolio of initiatives.
• Coordinate governance, reporting, and stakeholder engagement across functions.
• Build a scalable operating model and ensure value realization.
• Prepare steering committees and executive reviews with actionable insights.
