Job summary

Scaleway is seeking a senior Product Leader to shape and drive the strategy for its Data portfolio, including databases, orchestration, and analytics. You will align roadmaps, strengthen product-market fit, and maximize revenue while collaborating with AI, Sales, and Engineering teams.

You will lead a team of 7 senior Product Managers, setting direction, coaching, and ensuring best practices from discovery to delivery and business impact. This is a hybrid role based in Paris.

Qualifications

• Extensive product management experience: 10+ years in PM, defining and executing product strategy.
• Leadership experience: Proven ability to lead and develop Product Managers.
• Data product expertise: Deep knowledge of data ecosystems (SQL/NoSQL, messaging, analytics).
• Cloud and infrastructure knowledge: Experience in B2B SaaS and cloud tech.
• Distributed systems: Understanding of scalability, security, GDPR, and data sovereignty.
• Business acumen: Ability to identify growth opportunities and optimize pricing/positioning.
• Strategic thinking: Ability to align roadmaps and translate strategy into measurable outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute the product strategy for Scaleway's Data portfolio.
• Align data product roadmaps with shared business objectives.
• Challenge and support Product Managers in defining vision, priorities, and roadmaps.
• Partner with the Head of Product AI to develop coherent Data and AI strategy.
• Drive best practices in product management: discovery, delivery, and PM metrics.
• Identify growth opportunities, optimize product positioning, and maximize revenue.
• Collaborate with Product Marketing to define pricing strategies and differentiation.
• Engage with customers to understand needs and identify business opportunities.
• Coach and develop a team of 7 experienced Product Managers.
• Work with Engineering, Sales, and leadership to align priorities.
