Job summary

EasyVista is seeking a Sales IS Manager to design and deploy Salesforce solutions, CPQ workflows, and AI-enabled Revenue Operations. You will lead architecture decisions, drive data governance, and ensure scalable, compliant deployments across the org.

The role requires strong RevOps tech experience, API integration, and hands-on leadership with AI guardrails. Aimed at professionals with 3–5 years in Revenue Operations or SaaS deployments.

Qualifications

• Advanced configuration and administration of CPQ solutions, incl. Salesforce CPQ/Revenue Cloud, DealHub or equivalent.
• Experience evaluating, implementing, and optimizing RevOps tech (CRM, sales enablement, marketing automation, CS, revenue intelligence).
• Hands-on experience with N8N, Make, or equivalent; strong data transformation and workflow optimization.
• Experience leveraging APIs to connect revenue systems (CRM, ERP, CX, BI).
• Experience with data migrations, deduplication, enrichment, validation frameworks, and quality assurance.
• Experience integrating AI/LLMs with CRM, analytics, and business applications.
• Knowledge of production AI guardrails: human validation, fallbacks, cost monitoring, privacy compliance.
• Strong ability to produce clear architectural docs, deployment guides.
• Bachelor's degree in engineering, CS, or equivalent; 3–5 years in RevOps, systems integration, or SaaS tool deployment.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and deploy Salesforce solutions using Apex, LWC, APIs, and automation.
• Govern Salesforce automation and architecture focusing on performance and maintainability.
• Configure CPQ catalogs, pricing, approvals, and quote-to-cash workflows.
• Integrate revenue platforms via APIs and ETL for unified data exchange.
• Lead data migration, cleansing, and governance across systems.
• Define technical standards and ensure reliable deployments.
• Provide training and knowledge transfer for users on new tools.
• Design AI-powered workflows and ensure governance, privacy, and guardrails.
• Measure impact with adoption and ROI metrics.
