You will oversee store KPIs, coaching for performance, and cross-department collaboration to deliver memorable customer experiences while promoting loyalty programs and brand standards.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of total retail experience, preferably with Store Manager experience.
• Proven leadership abilities to empower and drive team results.
• Strong communication in English and local language, written and spoken.
• Demonstrated success in setting store KPIs and building customer loyalty.
• Flexibility to work nights, weekends, holidays, and extended hours.

Responsabilités

• Deliver outstanding service using Crocs' service model.
• Lead the store team to exceed sales and customer-service metrics.
• Apply analytics and reporting to identify opportunities for improvement.
• Oversee store presentation, product flow, replenishment, and standards.
• Foster an inclusive environment, and promote internal growth and external networking.
• Coordinate and delegate to meet store deadlines with follow-up.
• Support departments across consumer service, product knowledge, and stock room.
• Manage POS, stock replenishment, pricing, markdowns, loyalty programs, cleanliness.
• Ensure adherence to Asset Protection policies and inventory controls.
