Grow-Talent.com is recruiting a French-speaking Sales Retention Agent for a relocation to Limassol. The role focuses on promoting products, developing client relationships, and converting quality leads into long-term customers in a financial services environment.

The candidate should be fluent in French and English, have retention experience in Forex/CFD, and possess strong math and deadline-driven skills. Relocation support is offered and private medical insurance is included.

Qualifications

• Native/fluent in French, both oral and written. Fluent in English (at least B2 level)
• Previous Retention experience in Forex & CFD Industry is essential
• Computer savviness
• Ability to work with deadlines & targets
• Management and mathematics skills

Employment type: Full-time

Remuneration: Base salary + commissions.
