De Beers Group is seeking a Sales Operations Manager for the EMEA & US regions, based in Paris. The role focuses on driving retail performance through KPI governance, data-driven dashboards, and cross-functional collaboration with Retail, Marketing, Merchandising, Supply Chain, Finance, and Training teams.

You will lead analytics, forecasting support, and operational planning while coordinating with regional VP and boutiques to ensure consistent standards and sustainable growth across markets.

Responsabilidades

• Define, monitor, and analyze retail KPIs (sales, conversion, AOV, UPT, etc.).
• Develop dashboards and reporting tools for global/regional/boutique levels.
• Identify performance gaps and provide actionable insights to teams.
• Support sales forecasting, budgeting, and performance tracking (EMEA & US).
• Support regional VP and sales teams on targets, incentives, and planning.
• Monitor and consolidate weekly reports from boutiques.
• Consolidate weekly landing, sell-in/out, budget and qualitative data for the region.
