Job summary

De Beers Group in Paris seeks a Sales Operations Manager to drive retail performance through KPI governance and the deployment of retail excellence standards. You will collaborate with Retail, Marketing, Merchandising, Supply Chain, Finance and Training to ensure alignment and sustainable growth.

You will lead data-driven insights, support forecasting and budgeting, and supervise the flow of weekly boutique reports while coordinating with regional teams for consistent execution across regions.

Qualifications

• Fluency in both French and English.
• Strong analytical skills and data-driven mindset.
• Proven project management skills and ability to lead cross-functional initiatives.
• IT literacy with common business tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

Responsibilities

• Define, monitor and analyze key retail KPIs (sales, conversion, ATV, UPT, traffic, stock turnover).
• Develop dashboards and reporting tools for global, regional and boutique levels.
• Identify performance gaps and provide actionable recommendations to regional and local teams.
• Support sales forecasting, budgeting and performance tracking across EMEA and US.
• Assist regional VP and sales teams on target setting, incentive schemes and planning.
• Monitor and consolidate reports from boutiques (weekly).
