Job summary

Coface is seeking a BI-enabled Sales Analytics Lead to develop dashboards and reports for Sales and Account Management across Western Europe & Africa. You will monitor performance and present monthly results to top management, driving data-driven improvements in sales efficiency and decision making.

This hybrid role offers remote work options and close collaboration with Sales, Marketing, Finance, and IT to optimize processes and enable revenue growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a relevant field.
• Strong experience with BI tools and reporting for sales teams.
• Fluent in English and French with excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop BI tools to monitor the performance of Sales and Account Management, and to produce relevant reporting.
• Provide a monthly presentation of the overall BI business line performance for Western Europe & Africa region to top management.
• Improve Sales Efficiency: streamline processes and optimize workflows to increase productivity and reduce sales cycle times.
• Enhance Data-Driven Decision Making: deliver insights to empower sales teams and drive revenue growth.
• Lead change management and collaborate with cross-functional teams (sales, marketing, finance, IT).
