European Tech Recruit is partnering with a global semiconductor technology business to hire a Sales Manager – Data Center / Semiconductors in Paris. The role focuses on developing strategic customer relationships, expanding market share, and creating new commercial opportunities across Europe’s data centre segment.

You will own key accounts, negotiate contracts, and drive pricing strategies while aligning memory and storage solutions with evolving data centre infrastructure needs.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of semiconductor sales experience.
• Strong understanding of semiconductor technologies in data centre environments.
• Familiarity with memory and storage technologies (DRAM, HBM, NAND).

We are currently partnered with a global semiconductor technology business developing advanced memory and storage solutions for next-generation computing and data centre infrastructure.

As part of their continued expansion across the European data center market, they are looking to hire an experienced Sales Manager – Data Center / Semiconductors to develop strategic customer relationships, expand market share, and create new commercial opportunities across the region.

Key responsibilities

• Own and develop strategic relationships with key data centre customers across the market
• Build long-term customer partnerships and develop mutually beneficial account strategies
• Identify, qualify, and pursue prospective customers with significant long-term commercial potential
• Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of new business opportunities
• Engage senior customer stakeholders and decision-makers to secure strategic business awards
• Lead commercial discussions covering pricing, contracts, business terms, and negotiations
• Develop customer-specific strategies to increase market penetration and share of wallet
• Protect existing revenue while identifying opportunities for account expansion and market-share growth
• Assess customer requirements and position semiconductor memory and storage solutions against evolving data centre infrastructure needs

Key requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electronics, Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related technical discipline, or equivalent qualification
• 7+ years of semiconductor sales experience, ideally covering semiconductor and/or data centre markets
• Strong understanding of semiconductor technologies and their application within data centre environments
• Familiarity with memory and storage technologies including:
• DRAM
• High-Bandwidth Memory (HBM)
• Server memory modules
• NAND Flash
• Understanding of how memory and storage technologies support modern servers, accelerators, AI systems, cloud platforms, and high-performance computing environments
