European Tech Recruit, a global semiconductor technology business, is seeking an experienced Sales Manager to grow its presence across the data centre market. Based from the Paris-area office, you will manage and develop strategic customer relationships, expand market share and create new commercial opportunities.

The role combines consultative selling, account development, commercial negotiation and close coordination with global product, engineering and supply teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in electronics or related discipline.
• 7+ years of semiconductor and/or data centre market sales experience.
• Fluency in French and English.
• Familiarity with memory and storage products such as DRAM, HBM, server memory modules, NAND flash and enterprise SSDs.
• Understanding of memory and storage technologies supporting servers, accelerators, AI systems, cloud platforms and HPC.

• Assess the commercial potential of prospective customers.
• Identify opportunities and create a sustainable sales pipeline.
• Engage senior decision-makers to secure long-term business awards.
• Position memory, storage and related semiconductor solutions to meet customer requirements.
• Coordinate with product marketing, applications engineering, operations and supply-chain teams.
• Manage product forecasts to support reliable global supply and customer demand.
