Job Title

Responsibilities

• Develop new business opportunities in the large data center industry through proactive prospecting, networking, and lead generation.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with major data center colocation companies, general contractors, and design firms.
• Coordinate business activities with European and global headquarters to ensure strategic alignment and effectiveness.
• Conduct in-depth market insights and analysis (competitive intelligence, industry trends, local regulations, etc.) to forecast industry developments.

Requirements

• Engineering degree, preferably in Electrical Engineering.
• At least 5 years of experience as a Sales Manager, preferably specializing in global or regional large account (Named Account) sales of power/cooling solutions.
• Proficiency in electrical technology, particularly UPS and low‑voltage power supply systems for data centers, with an understanding of their features and advantages.
• Familiarity with the ecosystem of large data centers in France and a good understanding or experience with the roles of general contractors and design firms in the market.
• Strong communication skills (both written and verbal), presentation, and negotiation abilities.
• Fluent in English (mandatory); proficiency in another European language is an asset.
• Entrepreneurial spirit and results‑oriented.
• Ability to work independently while effectively collaborating with international teams.
• Strong organizational skills and effective prioritization management.
• Availability for frequent travel (up to 50%) and flexibility to work outside regular hours as required by client needs.
