A global semiconductor technology business is looking for an experienced Sales Manager to grow its presence across the data centre market.
Based from the company’s Paris-area office, you will manage and develop strategic customer relationships, expand market share and create new commercial opportunities. The role combines consultative selling, account development, commercial negotiation and close coordination with global product, engineering and supply teams.
Work Model: Hybrid, 3 days onsite - Southern Paris.
You will take ownership of key data centre accounts while identifying prospects with strong long-term potential. Working directly with customer decision-makers, including data centre operators, cloud service providers, server manufacturers, system integrators and technology partners, you will develop commercially valuable partnerships and position semiconductor solutions against evolving infrastructure requirements.
The portfolio is expected to include memory and storage technologies used throughout modern data centre architectures. This may include DRAM and high-bandwidth memory for servers, accelerators and AI workloads; enterprise SSDs and NAND-based storage for high-performance and high-capacity applications; memory modules and related solutions for server platforms; and emerging memory technologies designed to support increasing demands for bandwidth, capacity, energy efficiency and data processing.
You will help customers understand how memory and storage products can support applications such as artificial intelligence, machine learning, cloud computing, hyperscale infrastructure, enterprise servers, high-performance computing and data-intensive workloads. The role will require an appreciation of the wider data centre ecosystem, including server and accelerator platforms, networking, storage architectures, workload optimisation, power consumption, thermal constraints and total cost of ownership.
Experience selling into hyperscale, cloud, enterprise IT, server OEM, storage, networking or high-performance computing customers would be advantageous. Exposure to AI infrastructure, accelerator platforms, data centre procurement or long-term supply agreements would also be valuable.
This is an opportunity to influence strategic data centre business within a major international semiconductor environment, combining customer leadership with exposure to a fast-moving and highly innovative market. You will work at the intersection of semiconductor technology, cloud infrastructure and the rapid expansion of AI and data-intensive computing, with the opportunity to shape how next-generation data centres address performance, capacity, reliability and energy-efficiency requirements.
