Job summary

It is a maternity cover from December 2026 to July 2027, with hybrid work options and a base salary range stated below. The ideal candidate has a background in business or life sciences and proven experience in learning & development within pharmaceutical

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a related field.
• Proven experience in sales training, L&D, or capability building.
• Fluent English; pharma environment experience is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement training programs for sales teams.
• Assess capability levels and learning needs to support objectives.
• Design, facilitate, and evaluate workshops, journeys, and virtual sessions.
• Provide materials and support for product launches and initiatives.
• Partner with leaders to develop national capability-building strategies.
• Deliver targeted interventions to support sales plan execution.
• Drive continuous improvement through coaching and insights.
• Oversee learning program implementation and budget planning.
