Qualifications

• Experience in Commercial Excellence, Sales Force Effectiveness, BI or commercial analytics.
• Advanced Power BI skills.
• Experience with CRM data, Salesforce, SAP and SQL.
• Knowledge of the French healthcare system, prescription products and/or retail pharmacy market.
• Native-level French and fluent English.
• Strong analytical, communication and stakeholder management skills.

• Improve data quality and reporting processes.
• Translate business requirements into actionable analytical solutions.
• Collaborate with commercial stakeholders to drive data-informed decisions.

What We're Looking For

• Strong experience in Commercial Excellence, Sales Force Effectiveness, BI or commercial analytics.
• Advanced Power BI skills.
• Experience with CRM data, Salesforce, SAP and SQL.
• Knowledge of the French healthcare system, prescription products and/or retail pharmacy market.
• Native-level French and fluent English.
• Strong analytical, communication and stakeholder management skills.

Additional Information

• Start: As soon as possible
• Duration: Until 24 December 2026, with a potential extension to May 2027
• Commitment: Approximately 50% (30-40 days in 2026 and potentially 40 days from January to May 2027)
• Location: Remote within France or Belgium, with regular visits to the Lille headquarters
• Language: Native French and fluent English
