Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor-level degree required in a relevant field.
• Proven experience in sales training, L&D, or capability building.
• Understanding of pharmaceutical sales environments and customer engagement.
• Experience designing and delivering adult learning programs.
• Excellent presentation, facilitation, coaching, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement training programs for both new and experienced sales associates.
• Assess capability levels across sales teams and identify learning needs.
• Design, facilitate, and evaluate training workshops, learning journeys, and virtual sessions.
• Provide training materials, tools, and development support for sales meetings and product launches.
• Partner with commercial leaders to develop national capability-building strategies and curricula.
• Deliver targeted training interventions to support sales plans and priorities.
• Drive continuous improvement of sales effectiveness through coaching and assessments.
• Manage learning program implementation and ensure alignment with Novartis standards.
• Oversee training budget and reporting of activities.
