Camper in Paris - Opera is seeking a Sales Associate to join the store team. You will welcome customers, offer personalised advice, help reach sales targets, and uphold the brand image in a busy fashion retail environment.

The role requires strong customer focus, good English and French, and a team spirit with flexibility for shifts, weekends and holidays. Previous experience in assisted sales is preferred, especially in fashion or footwear, and you should enjoy fashion and product detailing.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in assisted sales, preferably in fashion or footwear.
• Strong customer focus and results-oriented mindset.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Willingness to work shifts, weekends and public holidays.
• Proficiency in English and French.

About The Role

As a Sales Associate, you will be part of the store team and play a key role in delivering an excellent customer experience, supporting the achievement of sales targets and representing the brand’s image and values.

Main Responsibilities

• Welcome and assist customers throughout the entire sales process.

Candidate Profile

• Previous experience in assisted sales, preferably within fashion, footwear or retail.
• Strong customer focus and results-oriented mindset.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Positive attitude, proactivity and ability to work as part of a team.
• Flexibility and availability to work shifts, weekends and public holidays.
• Good level of English and French. Knowledge of additional languages will be considered a plus.
• Interest in fashion, design and product.
