Dweet is opening its first corner at Galeries Lafayette Haussmann in Paris and is seeking a Style Advisor for a 12-month renewable, part-time assignment (four-day week). You will deliver personalised styling, build client relationships, and support store operations.

As a brand ambassador, you will mentor peers, contribute to VIP services, and help drive sales while maintaining brand guidelines and a high standard of presentation. Fluent French and English are required.

• Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar retail or service-led role.
• Fluent in French and English.
• Willing to work weekends, evenings, and public holidays.

As part of the opening of the brand’s first corner at Galeries Lafayette Haussmann, we are looking for a Style Advisor for a 12-month renewable assignment. This is a part-time position based on a four-day working week.

The Senior Style Advisor (SSA) acts as a brand ambassador and keyholder, focusing on delivering exceptional customer experiences, mentoring peers, supporting the store team, and driving commercial success. In collaboration with the Service & Selling Manager, you will ensure the shop floor provides a unique and exceptional customer experience.

Responsibilities

Customer & Brand Experience

• Act as a brand ambassador, delivering personalised service and building trust and community with customers.
• Build strong relationships with new and existing customers to encourage loyalty and repeat business.
• Deliver the service ceremony consistently, providing styling advice, creating outfits, and exceeding customer expectations.
• Support retail events, VIP appointments, and community initiatives that enhance the customer experience.
• Share insights from customer interactions to improve service delivery and customer engagement.
• Support high service standards reflected in customer feedback tools such as Survicate.

Service & Selling

• Drive sales and KPIs through effective selling and personalised customer interactions.
• Contribute to a culture of clienteling to support repeat business and customer engagement.
• Provide feedback to store leadership on opportunities to improve sales and operational performance.
• Maintain strong product knowledge, including seasonal collections and awareness of market trends.

Operations & Store Standards

• Follow all operational policies and procedures, escalating any non-compliance or risk to management.
• Maintain high standards of store presentation, organisation, and back-of-house areas in line with brand guidelines.
• Support smooth and efficient daily store operations in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Work collaboratively with fellow Style Advisors, Senior Style Advisors, Store Operations and management to support operational excellence.
• Contribute to a positive and professional team environment through respectful, proactive, and supportive behaviours on the shop floor.
• Regularly check and review communications sent through Zipline to stay up to date on all updates and task completion.

Scope of Role & Decision Ownership

• Deliver exceptional, personalized customer experiences on the shop floor.
• Support commercial targets through effective selling, styling, and customer engagement.
• Provide insights from customer interactions to support continuous improvement initiatives.
• Maintain alignment with Senior Style Advisors and store leadership on operational and sales priorities.
