Qualifications

• Previous experience in a customer-facing retail environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Fluent French and English.
• Able to lift and move up to 14 kg.

What you'll be doing?

• Greet and welcome customers with a friendly and positive attitude.
• Assist customers in finding products that follow their needs and preferences.
• Provide detailed product information and recommendations.
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly and professionally.
• Achieve and exceed personal and store sales targets.
• Use effective selling techniques to maximize sales opportunities.
• Encourage additional purchases through thoughtful upselling and cross-selling.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing store environment.
• Assist the Store Manager in implementing visual merchandising plans and promotional displays.
• Replenish stock and ensure products are displayed according to company standards.
• Work closely with team members to achieve common goals.
• Participate in regular team meetings and training sessions.
• Support colleagues and contribute to a positive and productive work environment.
• Assist in opening and closing the store, ensuring all procedures are followed.
• Perform regular inventory counts.
• Adhere to company policies and procedures to ensure a safe and secure shopping environment.

What you'll ideally bring

• Previous experience in a customer-facing retail environment preferred.
• Passion for premium or luxury products.
• Able to read customers' needs through their cues and body language.
• Flexibility and ability to adapt to changing priorities.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent organizational and decision-making skills.
• A team player with good written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to occasionally lift and move up to 14 kg as part of daily store operations.

Languages

• Fluent French and English required; other languages are a plus.
