Camper in Marseille is seeking a Sales Associate to join our store team. You will welcome customers, provide personalised advice, and help drive sales while upholding the brand’s image.

The role requires strong communication, a customer‑focused mindset, and flexibility to work shifts, including weekends. Fluency in French and English is preferred, and prior retail experience in fashion is a plus.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in assisted sales, preferably within fashion, footwear or retail.
• Strong customer focus and results-oriented mindset.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Positive attitude, proactivity and ability to work as part of a team.
• Flexibility and availability to work shifts, weekends and public holidays.
• Good level of French and English. Knowledge of additional languages will be considered a plus.
• Interest in fashion, design and product.

About The Role

As a Sales Associate, you will be part of the store team and play a key role in delivering an excellent customer experience, supporting the achievement of sales targets and representing the brand’s image and values.
