SALES AGENT / BUSINESS DEVELOPER
Italy and the United Kingdom
Develop brand participation in WSN events through a field-based, strategic, and results-oriented commercial approach.
WSN is the organiser of international fashion, lingerie and design events in Paris: Who’s Next, Bijorhca, Premiere Classe, Salon international de la Lingerie, Interfilière Paris and Matter and Shape.
We have been organising events for 30 years at the Porte de Versailles and in the Tuileries Gardens during Paris Fashion Week.
Our events enable French and international brands, creators and designers to present their collections and solutions to buyers and fashion professionals from around the world.
WSN is a subsidiary of the Comexposium Group, one of the world's leading event organisers, with 135 events held around the world each year.
In this context, WSN wishes to strengthen its international sales force and is inviting applications for a business development role in two priority territories: Italy and the United Kingdom.
Your role is primarily commercial: promoting our trade shows to brands, manufacturers and key players in the creative industries, convincing them to participate in one or more of our 12 events, and supporting them in their international market deployment.
Meeting brands, understanding their challenges, interacting with our teams, developing tailor‑made solutions and selling these solutions are at the heart of your mission.
Working closely with the sales department, you will contribute to strategy and development: Competitive analysis, market monitoring, trade fair visits, identification of growth potential, strategic recommendations and participation in the development of marketing plans and sales pitches.
You will oversee marketing activities: prospecting, negotiating and selling exhibition space, preparing commercial proposals and quotations, setting up stands, supporting exhibitors and optimising their presence at our events.
Finally, you will provide regular reporting: monitoring marketing activities, coordinating with the sales administration department for payments, analysing sales performance and recommending corrective actions.
You have in-depth knowledge of the fashion and creative industries market in Italy and/or the United Kingdom. You are connected to a community of influential brands, you have a thorough understanding of distribution channels and their players, and you are able to quickly establish a structured market analysis.
You are interested in the world of trade shows and believe in Paris' central role in the international fashion ecosystem. You share our conviction that physical events remain a major driver for creating business opportunities, reinforced by high-performance digital tools.
